Advantages of
the PlateTronic system over Roller type testers.
PlateTronic is safer to use. There are no big electric
motors, no chains, no rollers to get caught on and no holes
on the workshop floor to trip into. A vital safety aspect
of OH&S.
PlateTronic measures brakes in ‘AS ON THE ROAD’
condition and therefore produces a more realistic test result.

•
Capable of handling loads of up to 10 tonnes
per wheel so can be used to test fully loaded vehicles.
• More
economical to run and maintain. The entire system runs on
only 12v and maintenance is virtually non existent.
• The system
uses the latest load cell technology; nothing actually moves
so there is nothing to wear out.
