Each of the vehicles in K.S. Easter's fleet is given a general service once each week, with a major service once a month. The continuous high turnover in the workshop necessitates a reliable and efficient method of servicing the vehicles.

The rapid growth of the company also means that K.S. Easter requires a servicing and maintenance system for their vehicles that can easily be transported to the company's next premises.

"It is physically impossible to get under many of our newer vehicles with the creepers because they have low profile tyres. If we were using pits, this would wreak havoc with our schedules. Whereas with hoists, it's no problem because we also have the jacking stands to alleviate the waiting.

One of the major advantages with the hoists is the fact that you lift the vehicle to a height to suit the mechanic, then the wheel and tool trolley is beside you.
